The role covers leading and coordinating installations, as well as assembly, maintenance and repair of photovoltaic systems, and liaison with project stakeholders, customers and installation teams. Individual repairs are carried out and checked, and installation workflows are documented and tracked. Sound knowledge of photovoltaics, organisational skills and experience in leading employees and apprentices are expected. Strong communication skills and a class B driving licence are expressly required.

AGEB is looking for installers and construction managers for lightning protection systems to protect buildings, facilities and people. The tasks include installation, erection and repair of lightning protection systems as well as the technical and timely handling of customer orders. This also includes carrying out, planning and evaluating system inspections as well as coordinating and supervising assembly teams. Documentation and follow-up of the work performed are part of the role. Requirements include a completed technical training as an electrician, electrical installer, electronics technician or a comparable qualification, as well as a class B driving licence.

AGEB is looking for site managers for energy and building technology who take responsibility on the construction site and manage workflows. The duties include supporting planning on electrical engineering projects, independently coordinating and supervising construction sites, and leading the installation team. Independently preparing and checking measurements as well as ensuring the technical documentation are part of the role. A completed apprenticeship as an electronics technician for energy and building technology or a comparable qualification is expected. Organizational skills, leadership experience with employees and apprentices, and a confident manner with customers are required.
